When Dave and Jean Walters of D & J Properties (a green consultancy group in GA and NC) came to us to design their own certified green home for their land in a unique conservation easement setting in Balsam Mountain Preserve, a private community in the Great Smoky Mountains, we knew we had found kindred spirits.
