The simple cruciform plan for this hybrid timber frame home comfortably fits the homeowners and larger gatherings with family and friends. Football season brings weekends of intense pre-tailgate time with the home serving as big game headquarters. A parallel chord truss with steel struts spans two gables over the main living area.
We feel lucky to live in our house. We intend to keep doing so until our kids force us to move into an old age home!
