Tucked away on the historic New England Island of Nantucket, this lovingly designed family home was crafted to be as energy efficient and functional as possible.
Blending minimalist styling, Scandinavian warmth, and highperformance functionality, the home was a labor of love for homeowner and designer Eliza Silva. Because of the unique conditions of building on an island, the home's enclosure system was manufactured off-site and assembled on the seaside property in stages to minimize build time and construction costs.
