Brought to you by Phius Alliance New York, join us in Victor, NY for a rare opportunity to tour a high performance building and hear from the owner’s perspective. Kyle, who is the owner, Architect for New Energy Works, CPHC and GC for the project, will shed light on the build process of a high performance home including scopes he has taken on, what he did right, and what he would do differently. As the GC he’ll talk about some of the challenges, unconventional materials/details and how they were performed; design versus reality.
See a high performance project mid-construction. Step on top of a concrete-less slab! You may even get to seal a hole with high performance tape courtesy of 475 High Performance Building Supply (depends how good your eye is).
