The last two week were big ones here as we held our Annual Half-Day of Business on each coast. This the time we take a half-day, bring the companies together on each coast, and stop work to discuss how last year went, how this year is going, and what's to come in the next year. We also celebrate great craftsmanship with project stories and loads of pictures gathered throughout the year. We've been hosting A Day of Business since the beginnings of the companies, but it takes on new meaning now that we're a 100% Employee-Owned Company through an ESOP and we use the day to also review share prices and strategic plans.
