Following the timber frame, the HPEz team installed the high-performance enclosure on this Phius CORE 2021 Design Certified residence, by River Architects last week. One of the benefits of off-site construction, like our enclosure panels, is how quickly they can go up on site. A home can be weather tight in day(s) with all of the nuances of high-performance building taken into account. It makes building a more efficient and planet-conscious space much easier for builders and can speed-up site time when crews are at a premium.
