For a client near Rochester, NY we provided this covered timber frame grilling/dining area addition. The shape of the timbers and the arches of the braces were derived from the existing structure. This project had to undergo a historic preservation approval process in order to make sure the design and materials truly fit with the existing home built in the late 1800s.
