"Justin — We finally got a nice railing put up so people don’t fall of the patio! Seriously, beyond that is has made the usable area so much greater. You can even lean your head over to get even better views of the plantings below, the neighborhood, and Mt Hood. It is even more party central. We’ve had 40+ people over for art community events, and it was a bit crowded. I figure this added about 150 new usable square feet all with a great view.
