Last week, and the week prior, our offices closed for an afternoon. The teams gathered to review the last year's numbers, discuss company business, celebrate fantastic projects happening in all of our companies & divisions, and receive the 2023 value of their ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). We call this our Day of Business and we've been holding them since Jonathan started the business. In good years or bad, our belief is that transparency to the numbers in our companies makes for more engaged coworkers, ownership culture, and better informed decisions company wide.
