Kyle Barber, our East Coast Architect and Ty Allen, AIA of ARK Design Studio hosting a team to discuss a plan to build 1 or 2 tiny houses for elderly homeless in Phelps. These will be single story, ADA accessible, 500sf homes for age 55+. A design competition was held for students and seniors and there will be a team of people including Kyle that will evaluate the designs and redesign as needed to make their plans a reality.
