One of our shared values is Ownership. Its formal explanation is "We are committed for the long-term and share in the results of our decisions. We make intentional choices so that we have a planet for people to love." but you'll often hear New Energy Works President, Eric Fraser describe it as "be the first person to pick up a broom if the floor needs to be swept." We happened to catch him in the act, getting ready for a presentation out in the shop, a few months back.
