Our timber frame team will be heading to Buffalo, NY in early August to raise a timber frame for the Buffalo Heritage Carousel, that is part of the canal side waterfront entertainment district. Our engineering team had their work cut out for them: the timber frame is an 80’ octagon with a clerestory. A 1500 lb. steel octagon ring in the center will allow timber rafters to connect and light to come down from the clerestory. Stay tuned!
