David Felty, a West Coast timber framer, takes a moment of merriment as an elf with a Christmas gift wrapped for a holiday family we've adopted. David is one of our boomerang-ers – folks who worked with us, left for a bit, and, to our delight, returned. He spends a good number of weekends traveling with his wife, a professional photographer, kids and pups.
