Lakefront Lodge
A deep wrap-around porch resting on stone pillars dominates the lakeside of this home overlooking a pristine Adirondack lake. All exterior timber elements feature rich tones in a nod to traditional mountain lodge style. Breaking from the traditional norms, the truss-style incorporates curved struts and angled bottom chords.
Our modern wall enclosure system and SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) roof bring efficiencies unrealized in classic lodge structures.
Fun fact: logs salvaged from the original home on site were re-fabricated to form the office ceiling.
“By far and away, this was the fastest and most striking construction this part of the Adirondacks has seen. It was a thrill to watch the timber frame, panelized walls, and roof all come together and it is a stunning piece of Adirondack lodge construction.”
