DAVE DEAN

Dave has made good use of his mechanical engineering skills in manufacturing and manufacturing construction in the UK, and here in the US, starting in textile, water, and recycling industries and now in timber framing and high-performance building. He enjoys the variety in the day-to-day work as General Manager of our McMinnville operation where he explains he has “a great privilege to work with a great team of amazingly talented craftspeople”. Mountain biking and skiing are his key hobbies, often enjoyed with his wife Niki and son Barnaby.
