This biophilic beach duplex was designed and built for two sisters and has a 60-year backstory. The new hybrid timber frame was built on the original footprint of a long-held and loved family ocean cottage. Featuring a central kitchen that acts as the gathering space for each sister’s side, the home is a tribute to family members past, present, and future.
