Affectionately referred to as “Trout Point”, this timber framed addition is built with recreation at heart. This bar and game room is where homeowners and friends kick back and relax while enjoying Keuka Lake.

Featuring many gems from our fine woodwork division NEWwoodworks, including custom doors, bar, dart board, wine storage area, and integrated shuffleboard court, this space allows for year-round fun.

Our hearts were so happy when it was done. This is it! We wanted a casual space to relax in and that is what we got. We are so happy for that. It took a team, and we had a great team of people. The space looks like it was always there, it doesn’t look like an addition; that’s the beauty of it.
