Plans for this Arkansas retreat, currently being developed by our design team, include large piers to protect it from flooding as the home will rest near the edge of a river bed. It is divided into three pods creating a central core of gathering spaces flanked by a master suite on one side and a large screen porch/fireplace on the other.
