We're heading to the Spa at Del Monte later this month to raise a porte-cochere, using Kiln Dried Douglas Fir. Doug fir T&G will be installed on the ceiling of the porte-cochere.
History: The porte-cochere, not to be confused with a portico, was a feature of many late 18th and 19th century mansions and public buildings. A well-known example of one, is featured at Buckingham Palace.
Location: Pittsford, NY
