Tom and Maureen's home is under construction in Naples, NY. It represents the continuation of four years of work in the design-build department. The home is perched on a complex site in South Bristol (off Bopple Hill). A driveway containing five down-hill switchbacks leading to the home, and a 30 foot sheer cliff between the house and the lake are only a couple of the challenges that the property presents. In the end, it will be a pleasant home for Tom & Maureen overlooking Canandaigua Lake, toward Bear Hill. We are all excited to see the frame go up just before the New Year.
This home represents the entire scope of services that NEW can provide to our clients, including: architecture, interior design, general contracting, timber framing, custom cabinetry, and reclaimed flooring. Stay tuned for more progress photo’s.
